I’m slowly branching out! Today I made, instead of plain old cupcakes, some raspberry cupcake cheesecakes. They were simple, which is one of the things I always look for in a recipe. You can try them yourself, if you’d like: I got them from kraftrecipes.com.

I’m back! Well, almost. Here’s some proof that I’m still around.
Last night, I made Blue Velvet Cupcakes, a great Betty Crocker recipe. The blue didn’t come out as royal, because I just used plain old food coloring instead of the paste the recipe asks for.
But, wow! These were fantastic. I highly recommend the frosting, too. Incredibly easy, not too sweet, and with this great, almost bubbly texture thanks to the marshmallow fluff.

(( I’m so sorry I’ve flaked out for so long, everyone! I’m busy getting ready for PAX Prime [where I’ll be cosplaying as Maggey Byrde, since I don’t think many/any Homestucks are going to be there???] and afterwards I plan to hop back into this blog posthaste! I even have plans to buy contacts and an actual wig [so I don’t have to actually keep my hair black ahahah] and it will be SPECTACULAR.
